Five Points Design is a multidisciplinary design studio with offices in London and Rethymno (Crete). Our design principles are based on context, quality of space, clarity of form, natural light and sustainability.
Every project is a journey to new territories that inform and inspire our ideas. We create spaces that tell a story. We encourage a narrative driven approach to the spaces that engage all senses. We aiming for aesthetically pleasing spaces that delight and stimulate our five senses.
Our portfolio includes private residences, serviced apartments, hotels and retail.

More than a design studio of professional practitioners, we are in the process of creating a network of collectively motivated, productive thinkers and doers. We are establishing an ecosystem of reliable collaborators who we partner with where project requirements call for us to tailor a bespoke team beyond our in-house team.

THE FOUNDERS
Mary Sarantinou
Founder
BA (Hons) Architecture, (U.C.L.) PG Dip. Arch, TEE
Mary Sarantinou graduated from the Bartlett School of Architecture (U.C.L.) in 2006 and she became a registered architect in Greece in 2010. After graduating she worked in a number of international practices including Terry Farrell and Richard Rogers in London. In 2011 she set up Five Points design studio. Since then she works closely with our London and Rethymno offices.
Yannis Sarantinos
Founder
BA (Hons) Architecture, PG Dip. Arch
Yannis Sarantinos graduated from the Architecture school of the University of Lincoln in 2010. After receiving his Diploma in Architecture, he worked in a contractor’s firm in Crete, where later he set up Five Points design in 2011. Since then he works closely with our Rethymno office.
