The brief included the design of a hotel complex with thirteen serviced apartment units. Alongside the apartments the complex also comprises a reception area, shared facilities like a gym and spa, a café and a shared pool for the users.

On the front side of the buildings patterned openings pierce the walls that lead to the apartment entrances to create lattice-like shadows on the interior walls and floors. The back side of the residences open onto the common swimming pool area.

The main entrance of the hotel leads to the reception area that has access to the lower level facilities with a gym and a spa area.

A patchwork of local stone and smooth plaster forms the façades of the buildings. The interior continues the earthy palette of the exterior, with plastered walls and sand coloured concrete flooring.
