Two separate two storey residences are placed into a steep hillside in such a manner as not to obstruct the sea view. These two houses partly belong to a residential complex of 23 houses constructed by ‘Kataskevastiki’ Contractors.

A deck in the front of the first residence leads to the pool and the jacuzzi area. The buildings are partly submerged within the sloping ground in order to ensure an unobstructed view of the sea for all of the properties.
