The project proposed a commercial mixed use development as requested from the brief set from the North-East Lincolnshire Council. It comprises a range of uses including a family restaurant, a café bar, an entertainment venue, a nightclub and a casino. It proposes a mixed used building together with a public square for entertainment and leisure.

The building becomes part of the urban infrastructure, connecting the green area of the context with the proposed building.

The rooftop angled structure is topped by a green roof, partially covering a landscaped outdoor terrace that can be used by the public.
