The project included a refurbishment and renovation of two existing apartments by enhancing their existing features. In the first apartment a second new bathroom was also proposed and the kitchen was redesigned.

We identified the different zones by the use of different flooring. The terrazzo floor was retained whilst natural materials such as fishbone oak parquet floor, new tiles, plaster walls and marble worktops were used to create an atmosphere of warmth.

The target of the project was to create airy and coherent spaces that will be enjoyable to live in.
