The building consists of twelve double bedroom apartments and it was designed to allow the maximum lighting in all the apartments. An elevated courtyard on the first floor becomes the focus of attention, which is visible from all the floors above.  The central courtyard can be seen from all the bedrooms  adding illumination and natural ventilation to the rooms.
