Alexander Villas are the new addition to Alexander hotel. The six new semi-detached buildings of the complex comprise six residences of 65sq.m with common swimming pool, lobby and a café. Each residence has two floors. On the upper floor there is the bedroom zone with semi – enclosed balconies that overlook to the common shared swimming pool. The forms of the semi-enclosed balconies are a modern interpretation of the Greek traditional architecture element of ‘kioski’.

On the ground floor there is the living and kitchen area with a back private yard. The pool which is the heart of the complex is central located and overlooked by all the residences.
